Whenever a swimmer participates in a swim meet, we gather information about them, such as their first name, last name, gender, USA Swimming ID, current age, current team, and current age category, along with all their times. We also collect their ranking, heat, lane, and points associated with each event.

This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. OUR WEBSITE

When you visit http://www.scoremeup.com, we don't collect any personal or identifiable information about you.

Users are not identified, but we accumulate data that is unique to how you connect and use on scoremeup. As noticed in the swim meet sheet, by entering a meet, the Athlete or his/her guardian consents to the publication, via electronic, print or other media, information and/or imagery related to their participation at this meet. Such information and imagery may include, but is not limited to, photographs, video, webcasting, television, psych sheets and live meet results.

If we do so, this Policy governs how we can use that personal information.

We use the personal information we collect for records, compute personal best times, rankings, to help our users. We also provide them with capabilities to compare swimmers’ time over a period of time, and to compare their best time to attend different time standards or swim meets.

We use personal information in order to keep records and calculate personal best times and rankings for our users. Additionally, we offer the ability to compare a swimmer's times over different periods and compare their best times to reach various time standards or attend swim meets.

We do not sell or share your personal information to third parties for value unless you provide your consent.

Results

We will make results of swim meets available on our products, like our website http://www.scoremeup.com. If you participate in an event sponsored by an LSC, or a club, your times, events, and honors may be available for public searching on our website or application.

Anonymous data

We may create anonymous data records from personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous data to figure out how people interact with us so we can improve our internal functioning, your experience, our services, and our security.
